Professional opportunities for young people
“Vocational opportunities for young Roma NEETs” is a new one-year project of Integro Association, which will start in early 2022 on the territory of Razgrad region.
The project is looking for 10 young people aged 18-25, who are currently not studying, working or in training, in order to include them in a training program tailored to the interests and wishes of the young people themselves. Training in basic computer literacy, social skills for job search, career counselling and orientation, mentoring and other support according to identified needs is foreseen.
The four young people who perform best in the training and meet the degree requirements will be able to participate in a course in their chosen profession at licensed vocational training centres. Those who successfully complete the courses will receive the necessary documents to be able to practice their chosen profession. There will also be opportunities for further internships.
